Comments: Two pets are allowed per apartment home. Breed restrictions do apply. We collect a pet deposit of $300 for one pet and $450 for two. Monthly Pet rent starts at $25 for one pet and $50 for two. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet. Restrictions: Restricted breeds are: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, American Staffordshire Terrier and any dog mixed with any restricted breed are not permitted
